Estado de Emergencia Agr\u00edcola, decretado ayer, en la provincia de Concepci\u00f3n por Gripe Aviar en tres planteles, el acad\u00e9mico y vir\u00f3logo del Departamento de Patolog\u00eda y Medicina Preventiva de la Facultad de Ciencias Veterinarias de la Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n, Dr. Ren\u00e9 Ortega, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que deben reforzar las medidas de bioseguridad en los planteles av\u00edcolas, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n deben hacerlo los peque\u00f1os y medianos productores y la comunidad en general.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A trav\u00e9s de una entrevista realizada anoche, en el programa Con\u00e9ctate de TVU, el experto entreg\u00f3 una serie de medidas a corto plazo, destacando principalmente el encierro para evitar el contacto con aves silvestres u otras que pudiesen ser afectadas. \u201cTambi\u00e9n es necesario que se inyecten m\u00e1s recursos en el diagn\u00f3stico y prevenci\u00f3n de la enfermedad porque estamos hablando de una enfermedad zoon\u00f3tica, es decir, que puede transmitirse a los humanos, por lo tanto, es una arista importante de contener\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El acad\u00e9mico tambi\u00e9n hizo el llamado a los productores, a los due\u00f1os y due\u00f1as de aves de corral y a las personas en general a realizar las denuncias pertinentes, en caso de encontrar aves afectadas por la influenza, al Servicio Agr\u00edcola y Ganadero, SAG.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSUMO DE POLLO Y HUEVOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Dr. Ren\u00e9 Ortega tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 que a\u00fan no existe evidencia de que alguien padezca de gripe aviar por haber consumido la carne de un ave infectada. \u201cEl consumo de aves o de carnes blancas no es riesgoso, lo importante es que todo debe estar muy bien cocinado, esto implica que la carne de ave debe cocinarse sobre los 75\u00ba C, recordando que la cocci\u00f3n en agua hervida alcanza 100\u00b0 C, por lo que ser\u00eda suficiente para inactivar el virus y lo mismo con los huevos, tomando esta precauci\u00f3n no habr\u00eda ning\u00fan riesgo para las personas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este contexto, agreg\u00f3 que es factible por ejemplo comer huevos a la copa, ya que tiene un proceso cal\u00f3rico, pero fue enf\u00e1tico en se\u00f1alar que no es aconsejable consumir mayonesa casera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe precisar que la medida de decretar Estado de Emergencia Agr\u00edcola en la Provincia de Concepci\u00f3n, obedece no solo a la detecci\u00f3n de la enfermedad en tres planteles industriales de postura de huevo, sino que tambi\u00e9n a que se detect\u00f3 en cuatro zonas costeras bajo control sanitario, donde cuatro especies de aves se han visto afectadas: pel\u00edcano, gaviotas dominicanas, gallinas y cisne coscoroba.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\"
