{"id":4266,"date":"2022-04-06T10:05:57","date_gmt":"2022-04-06T13:05:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.veterinariaudec.cl\/sitio\/?p=4266"},"modified":"2022-04-06T10:05:57","modified_gmt":"2022-04-06T13:05:57","slug":"estudiantes-y-docentes-de-veterinaria-udec-destacan-taller-sobre-gestion-de-tiempo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vet.udec.cl\/sitio\/estudiantes-y-docentes-de-veterinaria-udec-destacan-taller-sobre-gestion-de-tiempo\/2022\/4266\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudiantes y docentes de Veterinaria UdeC destacan taller sobre gesti\u00f3n de tiempo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vet.udec.cl\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/tiempo.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-4267\" src=\"https:\/\/vet.udec.cl\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/tiempo-845x684.jpeg\" alt=\"tiempo\" width=\"372\" height=\"301\" \/><\/a>Para obtener logros, cumplir metas o hacer un d\u00eda productivo, es parte de los objetivos del taller que nuevamente ha impartido este semestre la Oficina de Educaci\u00f3n M\u00e9dico Veterinaria (OEMV) a estudiantes de primer a tercer a\u00f1o de los Campus Chill\u00e1n y Concepci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conscientes que usar el tiempo sabiamente, solo puede traer bienestar en las personas, la Psic\u00f3loga Valeria Inostroza Gu\u00ed\u00f1ez, manifest\u00f3 que, \u201ccomo Oficina de Educaci\u00f3n M\u00e9dico Veterinaria estamos muy contentos con la recepci\u00f3n de los y las estudiantes en los diferentes talleres, ya que a la fecha hemos realizado alrededor de 15 talleres de los 18 planificados en total considerando ambos campus. Entre ellos se encuentran los talleres de retorno a la presencialidad, campa\u00f1a de salud mental y administraci\u00f3n de tiempo. Este \u00faltimo ha consistido en realizar actividades pr\u00e1cticas para que el estudiantado conozca las herramientas que les pueden permitir gestionar de una forma eficiente el tiempo en pro de su aprendizaje. Es importante que no olvidemos que la mala administraci\u00f3n del tiempo puede impactar significativamente en el rendimiento acad\u00e9mico, tomando as\u00ed un rol trascendental en los y las universitarios\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, la Directora de la OEMV, profesora Ver\u00f3nica L\u00f3pez L\u00f3pez, agreg\u00f3 que, \u201caprender a administrar y gestionar bien el tiempo es necesario porque en el caso de los estudiantes les permite tomar consciencia de cu\u00e1l es la mejor manera de organizar su tiempo y qu\u00e9 m\u00e9todo es el m\u00e1s eficaz para ellos(as) en el cumplimiento de sus actividades y evaluaciones acad\u00e9micas en la universidad, en especial, que este a\u00f1o hemos vuelto a la presencialidad despu\u00e9s de dos a\u00f1os en casa como medida sanitaria de la pandemia, donde los tiempos de traslado se suman a la rutina y es necesario hacer ajustes en esta organizaci\u00f3n y donde tambi\u00e9n se requiere considerar por salud mental, tiempos para actividades recreativas con la familia y amigos(as). Estos temas fueron presentados en este taller, el que ha sido valorado por los estudiantes el que se reflej\u00f3 en su alta y activa participaci\u00f3n&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br
