Ac\u00e1 le aportamos el tratamiento necesario para su recuperaci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s del espacio y enriquecimiento ambiental que estimul\u00f3 su ejercitaci\u00f3n, desarrollo muscular y adquisici\u00f3n de habilidades de caza\u201d, explic\u00f3 la m\u00e9dico veterinario Paula Aravena, directora del Centro de Rescate y Rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNos sentimos muy satisfechos porque esta cadena de colaboraci\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n oportuna de este tuc\u00faquere afectado por el incendio forestal de diciembre. La comunidad de Quill\u00f3n que llev\u00f3 el ave al Bioparque, quienes dieron aviso a nuestros funcionarios del SAG Bulnes y el ave fue trasladada a la brevedad al centro de rehabilitaci\u00f3n de la Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n para su recuperaci\u00f3n. Eso permiti\u00f3 que regresara al medio silvestre en las mejores condiciones, en un bosque nativo del sector Los Pellines, en Pinto\u201d, destac\u00f3 Eduardo Jeria, Director Regional de SAG \u00d1uble.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLo m\u00e1s complejo de las situaciones de incendio es que ya no existe el ecosistema que el ave conoce, donde crecieron sus padres y encontraba las especies que consume, y es un doble trabajo encontrar lugares donde tengan la posibilidad de ser reinsertadas adecuadamente\u201d, acot\u00f3 Paula Aravena.<\/p>\n<p>El tuc\u00faquere es el b\u00faho de mayor tama\u00f1o que existe en Chile, alcanzando hasta 55 cent\u00edmetros de altura.
