Queremos ver c\u00f3mo esta calidad de carne la podemos mejorar a trav\u00e9s del sistema de producci\u00f3n animal.\u00a0 La carne que producimos en Chile, es principalmente con animales producidos en condiciones de pastoreo, entonces podemos producir una carne que tiene un alto contenido de Omega 3, un alto contenido de \u00e1cido linoleico conjugado (CLA por su sigla en ingl\u00e9s) que se ha demostrados tiene varios efectos ben\u00e9ficos para la salud, como anticancer\u00edgenos, inmunoestimulantes y antiobesidad. Entonces esas caracter\u00edsticas son importantes porque es lo que un consumidor actual est\u00e1 demandando en el tema de carnes\u201d, explic\u00f3 el Dr. Morales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo a lo explicado por el investigador, este sistema de trabajo ya est\u00e1 implementado en Chile, \u201clo que estamos haciendo ahora es valorizar el sistema de producci\u00f3n actual que le estamos dando a la carne. De hecho esto es lo que realizan peque\u00f1os y medianos productores que privilegian la utilizaci\u00f3n de la pradera para engordar a los animales principalmente en esta \u00e9poca que es justamente la primavera\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La participaci\u00f3n del Dr, Morales fue valorada por la directora de Escuela de la carrera de Medicina Veterinaria, Dra. Paula G\u00e4dicke, quien manifest\u00f3 que, \u201ces una excelente oportunidad porque esta vinculaci\u00f3n que logramos hacer\u00a0 con los ex alumnos y que vuelvan a aportarnos con su experiencia es de un tremendo valor porque finalmente ellos se transforman en referentes para nuestros alumnos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a
